Replacing a single lender
Samsung Finance+ relied on one lender. That limited approvals, conversion, and the markets we could enter.

I've spent 11+ years in product, including 3+ years shipping AI.
My experience spans across B2C, B2B, and platform products, from product-market fit through hyper-growth to stable-state enterprise scale. I'm most useful when the user problem is still undiscovered, tech is new – ambiguity is where I thrive.
Selected work
My beliefs about product come from three places: the journeys I’ve lived through, the people who showed me how good teams work, and the products that set the bar by simply working.
Across all three, I keep seeing the same pattern. Good product work is calm, grounded in what users actually do, and careful with the team’s time. Three beliefs have held up across all of it:
Evidence decides what ships. At Airtel, no support use case was automated until the bot matched the agent in 90% of cases, and even then it went to 20% of the cohort first.
A working version in front of real users settles more than a deck, so I ship earlier, to smaller groups, and let the usage make the argument.
Engineering time is the budget that never comes back. At Brevo a three-month rework cost a quarter of projected growth; now small rollouts earn the right to a big build.
